Create an account in Wiana named something like "camera1" and leave the password blank. Put the MAC addy of the CB-3 in Wiana and make it username/pwd OR MAC addy. Assign it whatever class you wish (owner, member, guest).

The easiest way to access it is to give it a static IP. Hopefully you have some spare real-world IP's. Use the directions for hostmapping (in LW Wiki) to map out a real-world IP address to your camera and you can access it from there.

I assisted one of my clients in setting up a very elaborate system this way and they have been very pleased with the way it performs over the mesh. They have 16 cameras tied into a server. The server gets the real-world IP address in this case. If you are using something like a single D-Link IP camera, the camera itself acts as the server and gets the static IP address. There are some obvious things pointed out in the Wiki such as using an IP in a certain range to avoid address conflicts with some station that may get an IP through DHCP.

I suppose port mapping would work as well, but since I've never done that to a camera, I'll leave those instructions open to someone that possibly has.

Best regards, Kb
