Integrate black communities[]
By building HybridMeshAndTelephone we will be able to provide high bandwidth to black communities. Establish a LOS point to say Soweto. Run a Fiber/DsLam link for 1km down a cluster of houses in Soweto as described under HybridMeshAndTelephone. Do the same from anyplace where Telkom ADSL is available and link the two backbones using MeshNetworking.
